Rita: Likely Cat 3 'Cane at 11 PM

When you see images like these staring at you, you know you have a hurricane that's about to go Category 3 at any time. The pressure is down to 967 mb at 8 PM, a drop of 18 from this AM. The potential for further strengthening is there and Rita could be a very strong Category 3 hurricane tomorrow morning. The eye is visible and almost symmetric under the central dense overcast. This storm got its act together in a very quick fashion today.
