Final Call for February 13-14 Storm

What to know (changes are in italics):
(1) Timing: Start time looks to be between 10 AM and 2 PM at Philadelphia Airport, a change from my earlier thinking. I think we see some of the precip move in earlier but it will be pretty light and off and on during the first few hours of the event. Event should wrap up sometime Wednesday during the afternoon (slight change from yesterday's call)
(2) Ice: If you are N & W of I-95 you will see increasing chances for sleet and freezing rain up until you reach Blue Mountain. North of Blue Mountain, sleet is possible and could mix in at times. The worst ice potential is from South Central PA up through the Philly suburbs and into NW New Jersey.
(3) How much for Philly? 1-3" in the city, south and east , around 3-6" north and west. Ice concerns north and west of Philadelphia. The city should warm above freezing but may experience a period of freezing rain or sleet before changing over. The longer the cold air holds, the longer the ice period and the greater the problems ice-wise.
(4) Confidence: Highest in the Poconos, South Jersey, and Delaware. Lowest along I-95 and in the Pennsylvania suburbs due to ice potential. Confidence averages about a 6 out of 10.
(5) School on Wednesday? Chances look good N & W for at least delays if not closures.
(6) Airport. Delays and cancellations of flights may be possible during the ice period.
(7) For the sake of the snowfall challenge, here is my call yesterday which is the one I am using.
