Snowfall Challenge Event #2 Calls

We will be using Tuesday night's 10/11 PM newscast calls for the clipper event. Even though much of the region will see little in the way of snow there is potential for accumulations in or near Philadelphia. Since only a couple of outlets provided a timing call for snowfall, timing will not be graded but accumulations will be.
