Snowfall Challenge Grades, Event #2

The second snowfall challenge event is in the books and 1.6" of snow fell yesterday in Philadelphia. Fox 29 was the only station that forecasted over an inch of snow on Tuesday night's forecasts, which were the ones that were graded, and as a result they get a 0 for accumulations. Timing was not graded because not everyone gave timing ranges for this event.

NBC 10, since they called for no accumulations in Philadelphia, gets graded at two points per inch, and receive four points.

The other stations except NBC 10, as they did forecast at least some snow, but under an inch, are graded at one point for snowfall since they missed by an inch.

Scores through last night's event have FOX 29 in first place so far, with the National Weather Service one point back.
