Two Waves Of Rain

The rains of March continue upon the region, with 0.21" of rain falling through 6 PM in Philadelphia. More rain will continue tonight as the first wave of a two wave storm system moves through the region. Radar data from 6 PM (below) indicates that rains extend back into Virginia and are moving north and northeastward through the Mid Atlantic.

The first wave will continue through late tonight before a few hour break takes shape later as wave #2 progresses towards Philadelphia.
