Just Another Dreary Morning...

Fog and low clouds held firm for much of the morning in Philadelphia. This picture from the Parkway at 16th, facing the Art Museum, shows the limited visibility as the Art Museum begins to fade away in the distance of fog.
The fog was evident as Two Liberty Place was hiding in the clouds.
Thankfully the fog didn't curse Billy Penn too much as the City Hall tower managed to stay (barely) below the ceiling of the overcast.
Through all of the yuck and muck of this morning at least the planted tulips in Love Park added some color to a chilled and Londonesque April morning in the City of Brotherly Love.
