Another great day of weather is on tap for the region -- lots of sunshine should be expected as temperatures quickly warm from our early morning starting point in the 30's and 40's in the Delaware Valley. Winds will be modest, generally 8-14 mph, and temperatures will quickly climb through the day before we top out in the low and mid 60's this afternoon. We're projected 64 in Philly this afternoon, with warmest temperatures in the region across South Jersey and Delaware where 65 to 67 degrees can't be ruled out later on. Simply put, about as nice a day as one can expect in late November!
The weekend is looking to start rather nice as well -- Saturday will be almost as nice as today although a few areas of patchy fog could form later tonight and provide a dreary start to Saturday. Sunday will feature an increase in cloud cover in advance of a storm system that moves through for Sunday night and Monday. Rainfall could be steady if not briefly heavy with the frontal boundary passage overnight but we shouldn't see two to three inches of rain in Eastern Pennsylvania like we did the last go-around...an inch is certainly more within the realm of possibility.
