December 23rd, 2011 Forecast
Tonight: Heavy rain showers will cross the region tonight as a low pressure system and associated warm front approach Philadelphia. Temperatures will dip into the mid 40s in both the city and surrounding suburbs. Winds will be from the north at 5-10 mph.
Tomorrow: Showers will linger tomorrow morning as the low pressure system makes its way off the Atlantic coast. However, moisture will linger and significant cloud cover will plague the remainder of Friday.
Christmas: Rain/snow showers have been taken out of the forecast for Philadelphia for Christmas, as mid-level moisture will not be sufficient enough for precipitation. Temperatures will be unseasonably high in the upper 40s.
