Gradually Increasing Sunshine For Today

Flurries and light snow showers last night made for a nice sight for those who need to see snow.  Yesterday was probably the first "legitimate" feels like winter day we've had since Snowtober as temperatures struggled to get into the lower 40's and winds added a bit of bite to the air.  Today will shape up as a colder, but gradually sunnier day as the upper trough responsible for this shot of chill pulls away and clouds clear.

Temperatures are starting in the 20's locally, teens in the Poconos, with northwest breezes through the day in the 8-15 mph range, occasionally gusting above that.  Skies will clear from northwest to southeast over the next couple of hours, with that northwest breeze reinforcing the chill through the day.  Expect highs this afternoon ranging from 35 in the Lehigh Valley to around 40 at the Shore, with 38 expected in Philadelphia by day's end.  It'll be our coolest high temperature since March 3rd...when we only got to 36.
