Tonight: Rain developing in the evening. It will mix with sleet and freezing rain in the northwest suburbs. Lows will drop into the lower to mid-30s in Philly, near 30 north and west, and mid to upper 30s south and east. South winds will shift from the southwest at 10 to 15 mph. Tuesday: Rain in the morning tapering to just showers in the afternoon. It will mix with sleet and freezing rain in the northwest suburbs early before temperatures rise above freezing. It will be breezy and milder in Philly and points south and east with highs in the lower and mid-50s. Highs will hold in the lower to mid-40s north and west. Winds will be out of the southwest at 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph. The chance of precipitation is 90 percent.

Wednesday: Colder sun and breezy with a 20 percent chance of a flurry. High near 40 degrees.

Thursday: Sun to clouds, chilled. There is a 30 percent chance of snow showers at night. High in the mid-30s.
