Some early morning clouds will linger, mainly in South Jersey and Delaware, but otherwise, its going to be to a very nice day with lots of sunshine. While it will be a bit warmer than yesterday, the northerly flow keep it feeling a bit chilly. High-pressure sits atop of us and that will give us dry weather today. Temperatures in most areas will be in the upper 40's to near 50, with a few spots perhaps getting above 50 degrees, especially in parts of southern Delaware. The normal high for today is 45, so we are going to be a bit above normal for this time of year.
