It's Still Winter

The morning is starting out clear and cold.  Today will be a reminder that it's still Winter.  Temperatures will be around ten degrees below average for this time of year.  Some areas, especially well north and west of Philadelphia, may stay in the 30's today.  But most areas will see temperatures in the lower 40's. Winds will be fairly light.

There is a weak system passing well to our south and will be moving through Southern Virgina and will pass offshore this afternoon.  We won't see any precipitation from this, but far southern areas like in central and southern Delaware, and extreme Southern New Jersey will see more clouds than others today as this system passes by.  Most areas will see a bit more sunshine than we did yesterday, but for the most part, Philadelphia and points north will see a mix of clouds and sun.

The warm up begins tomorrow as this cold air mass moves out and temperatures begin to rebound.  In fact, the next few days look really nice and we'll see temperatures steadily warm over the next few days.
