Temperatures are in the low to mid 50's across the region this morning. We'll have some sun for the next few hours, but clouds will be on the increase throughout the day. A weak cold front will be approaching from the west and this will increase the threat of showers and maybe a thunderstorm as we head towards the evening hours. Areas west of Philadelphia will be the first to see any rain and the timeframe would be anytime after 3pm. If you have any outdoor plans today, it would be best to do them earlier in the day. Whatever falls this afternoon and evening will mainly be light.
More widespread showers and thunderstorms will move in later tonight, during the overnight hours and into tomorrow. High temperatures will be warm and be in the mid to upper 70's. Winds will be light out of the southwest.
