Sunny Saturday

Clear skies and light winds helped to cool us off last night, with low temperatures dropping into the 40's in much of the region.  There are a few areas of lower 50's -- mainly along I-95 -- as we approach sunup in the Delaware Valley.  Today will be a near carbon copy repeat of yesterday -- plenty of sunshine throughout  a majority of the region, with perhaps some high clouds along the Shore and across the Delmarva.

Temperatures today will approach 80 degrees along and northwest of I-295, with the warmest temperatures likely just south and east of Blue Mountain across the Lehigh Valley into Central Pennsylvania...those locations could approach the middle 80's if everything breaks right.  The Shore and Delaware Beaches will be coolest, with afternoon highs likely not to get above 70 before the wind ramps up and helps bring in cooler air off of the Atlantic thanks to the fringe circulation of the coastal low off of the Carolinas.

Skies may cloud up a bit overnight along the Delaware and Jersey coastlines as the low approaches but the region looks to stay dry through most of Sunday before showers approach the Delaware Beaches late in the day Sunday.
