A stubborn upper-level low continues to meander over the region. Because of this, we will once again see the threat of showers and a thunderstorm. The threat will be around for much of the day, but more so during the afternoon and evening hours. Currently, there are a few showers in the northernmost areas, up in in Northeast PA and centeral/northern NJ.
The best chance to see some sun will be during the morning hours, but clouds will dominate more during the afternoon. The areas that see more sunshine will most likely see the better chance for rain, and especially a thunderstorm or two. Thanks to the upper-low, temperatures will remain rather cool for this time of year. All areas should stay in the 60's for highs. There could be a few spots, especially in Delaware that get into the lower 70's.
