June 29th, 2012 Forecast

Tonight: Clouds will be on the increase. A few showers or thunderstorms are possible late. Lows will drop between 68 and 73 degrees. Winds will be out of the south-southwest at 5 to 15 mph. The sunset tonight is at 8:34 PM.

Friday: A 30 percent chance of an early shower or thunderstorm. Otherwise, clouds will give way to hazy sunshine and a very hot and humid afternoon. It wouldn't surprise me if Philadelphia reaches 100 degrees, but I'll hold it at 99 for now. Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph, pumping in the hot air.

Saturday: Hazy, hot and humid. The 3rd 90+ degree day in a row, making it heat wave # 2. High in the upper 90s.

Sunday: A 20 percent chance of an early shower or thunderstorm. Otherwise, a mix of sun and clouds, still hot and humid. High around 90 degrees.
