Nice Midsummer Day Ahead

It's a nice start to the day as temperatures are in the 70's from the city on south, with 60's north of town under clear skies. It's going to be a mainly sunny and rather nice day for the midst of summer as high pressure builds in. Winds will diminish today compared to yesterday afternoon's blast furnace, dew points will be comfortable and in the 50's throughout the region, and high temperatures will be between 8 and 10 degrees lower than yesterday throughout the region.

We're expecting upper 80's for highs this afternoon away from the coast, with mid 80's at the Shore before a sea breeze fires up in the afternoon. Today marks arguably the nicest day of the week before heat, humidity, and thunder threats return to our region late tonight (with the latter) and tomorrow (all of the aforementioned).
