As of 7am, there are a wide range of conditions.  Northern areas in the Poconos and Northern NJ are seeing more sun and less clouds.  But as you travel further south, the clouds thicken and into Delaware and extreme southern NJ, there are some rain showers.  The rain down there will last for the next few hours.  But as drier air moves in during the day, the rain will push further south and things will clear out.  Areas now with lots of clouds will see those break up over the next few hours and by the afternoon and will see a lot more sunshine.

It will be a very seasonable day with highs in the middle 80's, which is exactly where temperatures should be for this time of year.  Winds will be from the Northeast, a cool breeze, so it will feel pleasant.
