Very Humid and Tropical in Nature

Lots of clouds/fog dominate the region this morning.  There are also a few showers around, mainly in Southeast PA, well west of the city.  Its also quite muggy out there and temperatures for the most part are in the low to mid 70's.

A tricky forecast on today regarding the clouds and how high temperatures will get.  The more clouds we have, the less likely that we'll see 90's.  The best chance for those highs will likely be areas in Southern New Jersey and Delaware and areas south and west of Philadelphia.  Overall, the likelyhood is to see more clouds than sun.  There may be quite a difference in temperatures north to south, where northernmost areas closer to the Poconos may be several degrees cooler than the city or points south and east.

A weak trough will be moving into the region later today and with the already humid conditions, there is a good chance for showers and thunderstorms.  The biggest threat with any storms today will be heavy rainfall.  The thunderstorms will mainly be hit or miss and not expecting it to be widespread or a washout of a day.
