A Brief Break From Muggy

We're mainly in the 60's this morning getting out the door, en route for a nice day with high temperatures in the upper 80's along I-95, with mid 80's to the northwest.  Lower humidity levels will make today arguably very similar in comfort to what we experienced on Monday despite it being a few degrees warmer.  The only fly in the weather ointment today is patchy morning fog that could develop in the next hour or two along river valleys and in low lying areas around town -- even that, however, shouldn't be a long lasting proposition as fog should burn off after 8 or 9 AM.

Today's comfort will be relatively short-lived as another frontal boundary pushes in from the west tomorrow -- bringing another shot of thunderstorms in the afternoon hours.  While, as of this morning, we're not in a slight risk for severe weather some of the storms that do develop tomorrow may be locally strong, bring gusty winds, perhaps some heavy rains between tomorrow afternoon and tomorrow night.
