Dew point values early this morning have dropped into the 50's to our west, in the 60's locally in Philly...and still in the 70's (for now) at the Shore. The front responsible for yesterday's heavy rains in various parts of the region has set up along the coast and will push offshore through the day today. Gradually improving comfort is in the cards over at the Shore later on today. A shower, however, can't be ruled out this afternoon right along the coast in South Jersey or in Southern Delaware.
Inland, mostly sunny skies and lower humidity levels will make today a very nice day. Expect highs in the mid 80's with west breezes around 10 miles per hour later on. Dew point values will hang in the 50's and 60's, resulting in a much more comfortable atmosphere around the Delaware Valley and points north and west today.
