Sun To Clouds
Its mainly clear, but a cool start this morning with temperatures in the middle to upper 50's. Its pretty chilly in some areas, with parts of Northeast PA and the Poconos in the upper 40's. Sunshine this morning with fade to increasing clouds this afternoon from south to north. The areas furthest south in Delaware will likely see clouds increasing by late morning.
There is a low-pressure system to our southwest that will bring chances for rain later tonight and through Monday and Tuesday. The rain is currently over North Carolina and Southwest Virginia and will be gradually moving north and east throughout the day. The models overnight have sped up the arrival of precipitation and its possible the rain could move in by as early as 7pm over Delaware. The rain could be heavy at times overnight, especially in Del/Southern NJ.
Winds will be calm, but shift to the South later this morning as high-pressure moves offshore. Temperatures will top off in the mid 70's to near 80 for most areas. If clouds increase earlier than expected, that could keep temperatures down a few degrees.
