Philadelphia dropped to 60 this morning for a low, our second straight morning with a coolest low since June as we bested yesterday's 62 degree low. A cool area of high pressure is building in from the west today, bringing a touch of a north and northwest breeze to the region through the course of the day. The result will be a slightly cooler day than yesterday as high temperatures get into the mid 70's for many locations. A few upper 70's are possible to our south.
North and northwest breezes will gust to 20 mph at their peak later on and a few puffy clouds will be around the region today...although cloud cover should be a bit less on the whole than it was yesterday afternoon.
