After a start in the 30s for many of us, the chill will remain in the air through the day today. In fact, the chill is here to stay for quite a while with high temperatures not getting much above 50, if at all, over the next week.
We'll have a completely dry day today, finally. Look for a mix of sun and clouds with a decent breeze developing. Winds will be sustained at 15 to 25 mph out of the northwest for most of the day, creating wind chills between 40 and 45 degrees. Our high temperature today will be near 50 (we're calling for 49 in Philadelphia).
Don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour before you go to bed tonight. At 2 AM, we will "fall back" to 1 AM. The sunrise today is at 7:33 AM, and the sunset tonight is at 5:56 PM. Enjoy the evening daylight one last time if you can. See Tom's post here for more information about the change to standard time.
