Continuation of Variably Cloudy Days

We're going to have memorex weather today -- temperatures, cloud cover, and breeze factors all pretty much similar to yesterday as a coastal low pressure center spins to our southeast.  The low is just close enough to enhance an onshore flow across the Mid Atlantic and those northeast and east breezes are sufficient enough to bring moisture onshore and increase low and mid level clouds for those along and east of I-95.

Skies are cloudier east of the city, which temperatures as a result milder in South Jersey, the city, and the southern two thirds of Delaware than those temperatures are to the city's north and west where skies have been a bit clearer.  Philly's 47 is the mild spot at 4 AM.

Skies will end up being pretty similar to yesterday -- more sun west and northwest, more clouds east and southeast -- but overall variably cloudy should be the rule on cloud cover.  Temperatures this afternoon will top out in the lower and middle 50's depending on location, with the city getting to around 55 by day's end.
