The Philadelphia Marathon is on Sunday, starting up at 7 AM along the Ben Franklin Parkway. The weather, which last year was quite warm by November standards and resulted in the passing of two individuals, will not be as warm this year. Temperatures start out around 40 in Center City at the starting gun, nudging into the upper 40's by 10 AM. Skies probably lean more mostly sunny but there could be a decent amount of cloud cover later in the race so we're posting variably cloudy for now.
The good news is winds will be light so there will not be much of a head wind (nor a tail wind either) during the race.
