Tons Of Sun But A Crisp Start

Early bird temperatures are in the 30's throughout the region -- generally lower 30's outside of the city and I-95, with mid or upper 30's in Philadelphia and along the Delaware River.  It was near 60 degrees at 4 AM yesterday along the Shore, with today's morning temperatures generally some 20+ degrees cooler.  More typical November reality is in place over the region in the wake of yesterday morning's frontal passage.

The good news is that today's weather will be drier and brighter than yesterday.  There are some low level clouds hanging around this morning in association with a weak atmospheric ripple moving through the Northeast.  Once that ripple shoots off the coast, skies should transition to mainly sunny by mid morning and last that way through the duration of the day.  Temperatures will climb to around 50 by day's end under mostly sunny skies.  There will be some breezes around from the north at 7-14 mph but outside of the breeze, it won't be a bad day out there.
