Skies will be becoming mostly clear tonight. The winds remain a factor at 10 to 20 mph out of the west, so if you will be stepping outside, dress for temperatures 5 to 10 degrees colder than the actual air temperatures. Lows will drop to near 35 in the city, around 30 north/west, and in the low to mid 30s south/east.
We'll start with bright sun on Thursday. There will be an increase in clouds late in the day in advance of our next storm system that could bring us showers by late in the day on Friday. The high on Thursday will likely fall just shy of 50 in the city, perhaps reaching 50 south/east, but holding in the mid 40s north/west. Winds will be out of the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.
Friday will be a mostly cloudy day as we await the rain showers. As mentioned above, they should hold off until late in the day and last through the evening and overnight hours. By Saturday morning, we should be left with just clouds.
Clouds will give way to sun Saturday with a high near 60. Sunday will be even warmer with a high 60 to 65 degrees. I can't rule out a shower during the day on Sunday but most of us should stay dry, although there will be a good amount of clouds around. We'll remain mild through Monday before a cold front brings us showers on Tuesday and drops temperatures back into the 40s.
