Breezy, Clouds & Sun Mixed Today
In the wake of yesterday's low clouds and fog, a brighter but brisk day is in store for the Delaware Valley. Some passing cold air stratus clouds may work into parts of Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania during the afternoon hours, passing getting into the outer north and west suburbs of Philadelphia. However, the region should see a bit of sunshine and certainly a lot less fog and low clouds around than it did yesterday.
Temperatures won't be half bad either -- getting into the mid 40's this afternoon in much of the region, with upper 40's south of the city. Philadelphia's projected high is 46, a few degrees above average for this time of the year. With a gusty west and northwest breeze that could reach 35 mph, temperatures will feel a bit cooler out there than our projected highs but it will not be a terribly cold day in the region.
