Calm Before the Storm

It's a chilly start to your Thursday with temperatures generally in the 20s.  With an increase in cloud cover through the day, we should only manage 36 degrees today for a high in Philadelphia.  Notice the NAM's depiction of noon today with low and mid level clover cover around the area.  North and west of the city will reach 30-35 for a high and south and east of it will reach 35-40.

Along with the clouds this afternoon, a flurry or two can't be ruled out.  Around midnight tonight (give or take a few hours), precipitation will begin to develop as a rain/snow mix before changing to all rain late.  We'll have a full update on tomorrow's nor'easter on the site in a couple of hours.
