Today is going to be very similar to yesterday. Skies may turn out a bit brighter, and winds may come down a notch, but you probably won't notice much of a difference when you step outside. By noon today we should be in the low 30s in Philly, mid 30s south and east, but only in the upper 20s north and west.
By 4 PM or so, we should reach a high of 38 degrees in Philadelphia. It'll be near 40 south and east of the city, but places like Allentown and Reading may not get out of the low 30s. With northwest winds sustained at 15 to 25 mph, gusting to 35 mph, wind chills will be in the mid 20s in Philadelphia and in the upper teens north and west.
