Look for a few clouds tonight. It'll be a chilly night with a low near 30 in Philadelphia, but temperatures will drop into the 20s in the suburbs. Winds will be light out of the west-northwest.
Wednesday will start with sun, but as low pressure tracks up the coast, our clouds will begin to increase. Highs should approach 45 degrees. Late in the day, rain showers will begin to develop and they will changeover to snow showers during the evening. The potential for 2 to 4 inches of snow exists, so you may want to give yourself some extra time as you step out the door on Valentine's Day morning.
A leftover rain or snow shower is possible Valentine's Day morning, but then clouds will give way to sun with a high in the mid 40s. Friday will be milder with a high around 50.
Saturday will be cooler and breezy. Models are not in agreement regarding Sunday's forecast, but the risk is there for some snow or snow showers during the day -- it depends how close our next low pressure system gets to the coast.
Temperatures will trend upward for Monday and Tuesday, with some rain showers possible Tuesday.
