February 6th, 2013 Forecast

A weak disturbance could bring us a few snow showers or flurries tonight.  I'm not expecting any more than a coating, but some won't even see that much.  Outside of any snow showers will be mostly cloudy skies.  Lows will drop to near 30 in the city and into the 20s in the suburbs.  Light north winds will shift from the west.

High pressure will build in on Wednesday.  We'll enjoy a mix of sun and clouds and high temperatures in the low 40s.  Winds will be out of the west-northwest at 5 to 15 mph.

Clouds will be on the increase during the day on Thursday in advance of two approaching storm systems which are scheduled to arrive on Friday.  One system will pass to our north and the other will approach from the south.  It is still unclear as to which one will win out, so we'll keep both rain and snow in the forecast for Friday.

The weekend looks very nice with sunshine.  Temperatures will warm to around 50 for the start of next week.
