We'll start today with a little bit of sun before clouds take over by the midday hours. Precipitation will move in from south to north this afternoon. Places like Dover will begin getting wet after 2 PM but not until after 4 PM for the city (see the 4 km NAM graphic above, valid at 4 PM). The precipitation will start as rain for most of us before changing over to snow this evening. Our updated snowfall map will be posted at 8 AM.
Highs today will be near 45 in Philadelphia, 40-45 north and west, and around 45 south and east. Winds will generally be out of the east at 5 to 10 mph. Any leftover snow will be out of here early Thursday morning, so there should be sunshine to make your Valentine's Day brighter.
