Sunny with increasing afternoon clouds

Temperatures vary this morning.  Areas that are snow free are in the upper teens, but place where there is snow cover, they are much lower into the lower teens and single digits.  As the sun comes up, temperatures will rise pretty quickly through the morning hours and during the day.

Lots of sunshine to start the day, but there will be some high cirrus clouds increasing during the afternoon.  High pressure to our north, will move east offshore during the day as the next system will be approaching our area tomorrow.  Light winds out of the north will switch around to the Southeast later in the day.  Highs will reach around 40 degrees south and east of the city into Delaware and South Jersey.  The city may stay just below that 40 degree mark.  But areas further north still with snow pack will stay a few degrees cooler into the middle 30's.

With warm area pushing in out ahead of the next system, temperatures will warm quite a bit for tomorrow.
