A Bit Less Chilly

Today's weather will be less brisk, less harsh, less strewn with flurries than yesterday.  Expect mostly sunny, perhaps even mainly sunny skies.  Some of the higher resolution modeling indicates the possibility of some clouds zipping by through the course of the day with a west-northwest flow off of the Great Lakes.

Temperatures should make a run at 50 degrees by afternoon in the city, responding to less chill aloft and more sunshine in the sky.  Even if we don't get there, it will feel a good bit better than it did today.  While it will still be breezy, with west winds at 12 to 18 mph, the wind factor will be a notch less than it was on Friday.  South and east should get into the lower 50's by day's end.
