A Nice Day Ahead Of Midweek Storm

Today's weather marks the calm before the large coastal storm impacts the region tomorrow into early Thursday.  We'll go with a mix of clouds and sun today for the most part, probably with more sunshine in the morning and some increase in the clouds towards sunset as the high resolution model below outlines.  We should stay dry today...and winds will be much calmer than yesterday.

Highs this afternoon will get into the mid, perhaps upper 40's throughout the region, after starting out mostly in the 20's this morning.  Warmest temperatures will be along and south of I-95 but temperatures will be pretty uniform out there later on today.  It will be the nicest day we'll have before this weekend in terms of a limit on wind and a limit on precipitation.  Enjoy it...it goes downhill big time late tonight.
