A series of cold fronts will be impacting our region Sunday through Tuesday. At this point, the frontal passage with the best chance of widespread rain showers is the first one which will move through Sunday Afternoon and Evening. Each day, Sunday through Tuesday, showers have been inserted into our forecast. The front moving through on Sunday will likely not cool us off and in fact Monday may actually be a tad bit warmer. However, the next two fronts should bring much cooler air our way for Tuesday and Wednesday with brisk and chilly conditions. It may actually be cold enough by Tuesday Morning for a few wet snowflakes to mix with the rain in any showers.
The next rain event looks to be late in the week. There is still some decent spread among the model guidance. Temperatures will rise into the fifties towards the end of the week, after the brief cool down.
