March 29th, 2013 Forecast
High temperatures have been inching upward over the last few days, which is a stark cry from this time last year! Nevertheless, we will see our way to the 60-degree mark but with precipitation around as well. This evening, however, we will see variable cloudiness with a few sprinkles moving through, much like yesterday. Lows will be in the lower to mid-30's throughout the area. Tomorrow, skies will be mostly sunny and it will feel noticeably more mild. Not warm, mild. Highs in the metro will be around the mid-50's, lower to the north and west and around the same for the south and east. Both tonight and tomorrow, winds will be out of the northwest at 5 to 10 mph.
Saturday, high's still on the rise with sunny skies. Big changes starting on Easter Sunday. Clouds will be on the increase throughout the day with late-afternoon showers moving in. My advice: Move the Easter Egg Hunt up a few hours. It will be warm, however, with high's in the upper 50's. Warmer and wetter on Monday, with scattered showers throughout the day and temperatures up near 60-degrees. Tuesday, morning showers will taper off by the afternoon, but it will be cooler, with temperatures dropping through the 50's. Wednesday, the sun returns full time, with high temperatures now near 50-degrees and Thursday looks just as cool, under partly cloudy skies.
The good news? No snow for the next few days (so far).
