A cold start this morning with temperatures in the 20's north and west of the city and around freezing in the city and points south and east. Things have cleared out from yesterday's event, but another system will be developing and passing to our south later tonight and tomorrow. The further north you are today, the more sun you'll see. But most areas will see a lot of clouds, especially from the city and places south and west and the best chance at seeing some sun today will be this morning.
Highs today will continue to run at least 10 degrees below average, reaching the upper 30's to lower 40's. We should generally stay dry today but some precipitation may pass far to the south of the region beginning as early as noontime in association with the developing storm system that impacts us tomorrow. More on that threat later on.
