Warm with a mix of clouds and sun
Low Pressure over Maine this morning with a trailing cold front to our west, will slowly settle into our region later today. We'll see varying skies throughout the day with a mix of clouds and sun overall. Some data indicates more overcast skies developing towards evening, after 5-6pm. Winds also will vary and shift to the south and southeast later this afternoon and evening. This may cause a sea-breeze to set up and shore points could be several degrees cooler once the flow shifts.
Temperatures today will warm rapidly and reach the upper 60's to around 70 for all areas inland. This will be the start of a very warm week as some areas may be looking at 80's by Wednesday. The trees, especially the Magnolias and Cherry Blossoms are 2-3 three weeks behind and most other trees still bare. But that will change and a few 70 to 80 degree days will really get everything popping quick.
