Not the nicest of 24 hours ahead of us in the region -- a slow moving upper level disturbance is going to bring us periods of showers and storms to the region. These showers and storms will pivot off of the Atlantic, northwest and north through the region as the upper level low meanders on through. It won't rain the whole time but it is going to rain for most places at some time between now and tomorrow afternoon.
Lows tonight will drop mostly into the middle 50's through the region, with some upper 50's possible in a few spots down to the south. Highs on Wednesday range from the middle 60's at the Shore to the lower if not middle 70's across Southern Delaware. Philly should get into the lower 70's as winds nudge a bit more southerly in the afternoon.
Rainfall amounts will vary around the region between one-half and over one inch between now and Wednesday night. Some of the shower/storm activity will be locally heavy in spots -- downpours are certainly possible in a number of areas.
