June 15th, 2013 Forecast

Mid way through June already and we're already well above the average precipitation.  We'll have another shot of rain and thunderstorms early next week, but nothing like what we've seen the last few weeks.  Unfortunately, the timing has move up, which means the latter half of your weekend may feature some precipitation.

Another cool night on tap making it feel comfortable, almost enough to keep the windows open another day.  Partly cloudy this evening with low's in the mid- to upper 50's to near 60-degrees the further south  you go.  A light wind out of the northwest will keep things refreshing.  We can't rule out a spotty shower, but they'll be light and fairly quick, also helping to keep things cool.  Tomorrow is definitely the best part of the weekend.  Mostly sunny with low humidity and temperatures in the lower 80's around the Philadelphia metro and to the south and east and near 80-degrees to the north and west.  Absolutely a great day to get out of the house.

If your headed out for early Sunday services, the weather will still be dry, but if you're a late-riser (like myself), you could start to interact with some light showers as the next system moves in.  Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy with isolated showers throughout the afternoon, with a rumble of thunder possible.  Highs on Sunday in the mid-80's but feeling a little more humid.  Monday, temperatures remain in the mid-80's with mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers and thunderstorms.  Much of the same for Tuesday, with more unsettled weather and temperatures still hovering in the lower to mid-80's.  By Wednesday, we finally start to clear out, with mostly sunny skies by the afternoon and high's in the lower 80's.  Thursday and Friday look like nice days to finish out the week, with partly to mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the lower to mid-80's.
