Thursday will be similar to today for high temperatures, but it will feel hotter since dew points will be around 70 instead of in the mid to upper 60s. It will be hazy with highs in the mid 90s, but it will feel like 100 to 105.
Friday will feel even hotter than Thursday with dew points rising into the low 70s, so heat indices will likely exceed 105 in spots. There's a small chance for a pop-up thunderstorm Friday afternoon.
A weak cold front will slide through from northwest to southeast on Saturday. There will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, some of which could be strong to severe. This will be the last day of heat wave # 4.
