July 28th, 2013 Forecast

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be around tonight, mainly west of Philadelphia.  I wouldn't be surprised if the city and points east stay dry this evening and overnight.  Not everyone west of Philly will get wet -- the storms will be scattered in nature.  Lows will be a bit warmer than the past few nights, generally in the mid to upper 60s.  It will feel humid outside, too.

More scattered showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast for Sunday.  The greatest coverage will be west of Philadelphia, but anyone has the chance of seeing a shower or storm.  The day won't be a complete wash-out, even west of the city.  There will be plenty of breaks in between storms.  It will still feel humid, and highs will be in the low 80s for most.

Comfortable, quiet weather will follow for the first half of the upcoming work week.  By Wednesday it will turn a bit more humid in advance of our next storm system that will bring us widespread showers and thunderstorms for Thursday.  Outside of a leftover shower on Friday, the end of the week and first half of the weekend look good, although it will remain a bit humid.
