Scattered showers are possible this evening before tapering off overnight. Otherwise, clouds will continue to dominate so lows will be similar to last night. The city will drop to around 65 with the suburbs ranging from 59 to 63.
Clouds will still have the upper hand on Monday, but a few breaks of sun are possible. There exists the chance for a late day shower or thunderstorm, but it will be isolated. Highs will be around 80 degrees across the region.
We'll begin a warming trend on Tuesday, and by Wednesday and Thursday temperatures will approach 90 degrees along with higher levels of humidity. Winds will turn more northwesterly by Friday so a slow cooling trend will follow our brief dose of late summer heat.
