August 27th, 2013 Forecast

A spotty thunderstorm is possible this evening.  Then as a disturbance moves through overnight, a round of scattered storms is possible late tonight.  It will be humid with lows in the mid to upper 60s.

Tuesday will feature a mix of sun and clouds.  A weak disturbance could trigger a spotty thunderstorm, especially during the afternoon, but not everyone will get wet.  It will be humid with a high near 90 in Philadelphia with mid to upper 80s common in the suburbs.

Another disturbance could bring us scattered thunderstorms at any time on Wednesday, but it won't rain all day.  This will be our best chance for rain this week.

A weak cold front will move through on Thursday, so an isolated thunderstorm is possible, but it should be a mainly dry day.  There isn't much cooler air behind the front, so it will remain warm throughout Labor Day Weekend with a good amount of sunshine.  Labor Day itself could bring us the risk for a shower or storm due to an approaching cold front, but we'll fine tune this forecast to you as it gets closer.
