Plenty of clouds will be around tonight along with the threat for a spotty shower. It may be a good night to turn the air conditioner back on as lows will only drop into the muggy upper 60s to low 70s.
Thursday will feature more sun than Wednesday, but out ahead of a cold front we'll have have the threat for a pop-up shower or thunderstorms in spots. Expect a humid high in the mid 80s. Scattered storms will arrive Thursday night as the cold front inches closer to the region.
Downpours are possible on Friday as scattered showers and storms continue through the day. Saturday looks mainly dry at this point, but as the cold front slowly pushes south, a leftover storm is possible south of the city. Unfortunately, there isn't much drier air behind the front, so the humidity will last right through Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday will be much more comfortable as high pressure settles in.
