Temperatures as of 7am vary from north to south with middle 50's in the northernmost suburbs to the middle 60's in Southern NJ and Delaware. A cold front is moving through the region and will clear things out, leaving a sunny and pleasant day. The cold front is currently across Southern NJ westward through Northern Maryland. A few showers are falling out ahead of it in Delaware, but these will move offshore in the next two hours. Clouds will still be abundant in southernmost areas for the next couple hours before things clear out.
But for the most part, today will feature lots of sunshine and breezy conditions. Winds will be out of the northwest at 8 to 16 mph, gusting perhaps to over 20 this afternoon. We flirt with 80 for a high in the city this afternoon, warmer than that south and east.
