Morning Showers Followed By Sunshine

A cold front, currently situated in across central Pennsylvania will move through the region during the morning and afternoon hours.  A band of showers is out ahead of it, stretching from Scranton to the PA/MD border.  There are also a lot of clouds across the region as well.

Expect clouds and showers through the morning hours.  As the front passes, things will gradually clear out and with an increase in sunshine.  Winds will also increase from the north due to a tight pressure gradient behind the front.  We'll have mainly clear skies in all areas by evening.

Temperatures in the upper 50's to lower 60's now will not warm much through the day, especially with an early frontal passage and the presence of clouds this morning before northerly winds kick in.  Highs will top out in the upper 60's (north) and lower 70's (city and south).
